Website privacy

Clear about
your information.

This notice describes the website as it currently operates.

Last updated: October 18, 2026.

Information you choose to share

Our involvement and updates forms collect your name, email, selected interest, optional message, and, where relevant, skills, availability, organization, role, and collaboration details; contact consent, and optional email-update consent. We also record the submission time and a reference number. Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive information.

How information is used and stored

Project Be Enough uses submissions to review inquiries, coordinate potential involvement, and respond to requests. Project-update emails require the explicit consent on the form (required for an updates-only signup). Submitting an inquiry does not confirm event registration or volunteer placement.

Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database managed through the website’s hosting platform. They are not displayed publicly. Access is restricted to authorized site administrators through the private management dashboard and hosting tools. Automated email notifications are not currently enabled.

Email contact

You can contact us at hello@project-be-enough.org. Direct emails and replies are handled through Namecheap Private Email. We use your email address and message to respond and coordinate your inquiry. Please do not email medical records or other sensitive information.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from future updates by emailing hello@project-be-enough.org or using the Get Involved form and selecting “Privacy or removal request.” Use the email address from your original submission. We may need to verify the request before acting. Inquiries are retained while relevant to project coordination or until a removal request is processed, subject to applicable obligations.

Security and website technology

The form uses encrypted HTTPS connections, input validation, and basic spam controls. For rate limiting, the server stores a date-specific hash of the requesting network address, not the raw address, with a request count. These rate-limit entries are cleared after two days during subsequent form requests.

The site’s own code does not use tracking cookies, browser storage, or advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as network requests and access authentication.

External links and payments

Other organizations’ websites have their own privacy practices. A resource link does not establish a partnership. This website does not currently accept payments or donations.
